“If you don’t have answers to your problems after a four-hour run, you ain’t getting them.”
After reading Born To Run by Christopher McDougall, this was one of the quotes that stuck. I have often gone for a run to clear my mind and to think and let my mind wander. I think more people need the space and time a run offers to allow for thoughts and mind-wanderings to fully develop. This could be the “new” concept similar to having great thoughts and ideas while taking a shower?
any thoughts about this, or should you maybe be running to have some?
